Acceptable Usage Policy
1. General
WEB3 leaders Inc. (hereinafter “YesHost“) employs an Usage Policy (hereinafter “UP“) to maintain the integrity and performance of its server and network equipment. As such, it is important not to use your hosting account in a way that may negatively affect other YesHost clients. Our UP describes what is and is not allowed on our servers. By using any of our services, you agree to comply with our UP. Failure to comply with the UP may result in account suspension or termination without prior notice. YesHost will remain the sole arbiter in what constitutes a breach of our UP.
2. Responsibility
Responsibility for all actions on the network performed under the name and password of the User himself or by other individuals / legal entities lies entirely with the User. If the User provides third parties with access to the resources and services available to him in accordance with the agreement, the User is responsible for the activities of such third parties.
3. Spam Policy
YesHost has a zero-tolerance spam policy. It is forbidden to send unsolicited mail from or to our servers under any circumstance. We will immediately terminate your account in case of such activity.
4. Passwords
The user must independently store and protect unique data (login and password) from publication for access to the hosting and control panel. The responsibility for the loss of this data lies entirely with the User. Material costs incurred as a result of the loss or disclosure of data are not refundable.
5. Backups
The user must organize independently creation copies of own content, databases, configuration files or other data. By default our service doesn't create backup copies of user data except if it is declared in service profile.
6. Unlawful Conduct or Improper Use
You agree not to use YesHost systems for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this UP, and you agree to comply with any applicable local, provincial, federal and international laws, government rules or requirements.
7. Adult Content, gambling and betting
Legal adult content is permitted on YesHost servers and storages. For gambling and betting websites you must have a valid licence and provide it before activating the service to our Support Team.
8. Violation
YesHost will, at its own discretion, determine what action will be taken in case of a violation of the UP. YesHost reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be violating the UP without notice and without refund of any pre-paid fees. Violation of this UP could also subject you to criminal or civil liability.
9. Rights reserve
YesHost reserves the right to modify this UP at any time without providing prior notice. You are responsible for all use of the YesHost services by yourself, your employees, agents, contractors, invitees and customers, whether such use is with or without your consent.

11. How to Report Abuse
Please contact abuse@yeshost.cz or open a ticket in our client area. Please ensure you include as much information as you can to assist our investigations. Complaints will be investigated within 48 hours of receipt and we may follow up to obtain additional information. Unless we require additional information, you will not receive a reply or update from us.
12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement and its interpretation are subject to the laws of the province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada and Czech Republic applicable therein, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.
